My Queen,

I wish that there were beautiful words that I could write so that you would reconsider. I wish that I can formulate them in the right order to make them impactful enough to change your mind.

That kiss in Monterey changed my entire life. It was an introduction to love. The beginning of loving a partner more than loving myself. That manifested into an amazing love. I would call it a relationship even. I would have never imagined to be involved in something so special with someone so sweet and beautiful. This relationship have taught me so much about myself but also so much about how to love. It quickly became my priority to put you first. I know I failed in Maryland, and it will remain my deepest regret. I am honestly so so sorry about those decisions. I never want to mess up like that ever again. Instead I made in my mission to protect your heart. My only goal is to do just that. Your heart and how you feel is so important to me. It is the true treasure and the driving force behind this powerful love that we have. Let's build on it.

I encourage you to think about us over the course of the last few years. I want you to start off thinking of all the bad times, the arguments and disagreements. Some worse than others and some not worth the mention. [Pause here to actually think about them]

Now think of all the wonderful memories that we've shared. You being the one to introduce me to many firsts. Wineries, trips, games... You name it. Think about our times we've shared together, the smiles, the laughs, the passion we share for each other, or the random kisses all over your body. Remember how our heart speaks to each other. Our kisses, romantic times, amazing sex, the flirtatious moments, the exotic looks at each other. Remember how we feel when finally together...the moments when we are just being... how protected you feel, the non-sexual moans when you feel comfortable or feel loved as I hold you, the temperature of each of our bodies warming each other perfectly. Remember how we felt when we are apart. OCS, underway, or our travels... Remember the many good times that we've had and Jacuzzis, the pools, restaurants walks the beach like Kaua'i. The peaceful times, the talks of our goals, wholesome times.... [Pause here to think about the good times] As you would imagine, the great times outweighs the bad by a landslide.

If you think this is a last ditch plead, well it is! I don't want you to forget us. I know that we are meant for each other. I know that you know that too. Us getting together will be a hard journey. I will support you through it all... I'll support you through anything even if times get really rough just as you supported me. We can continue this amazing love between us. You and I -- A & J. Just imagine how many more great memories we will create. This is to way too special to let go. Keep fighting for us babe... KEEP FIGHTING!

You are my New Year's resolution. You are the one, you've always been the one. My one! I wish to undo all of my mistakes in the past. So let me. Take my hand so that I can take yours. Or take my hope. And if you choose not to take my hand, just know that I will continue to fight until you take my hope.
